      A.W. Keeler To Timothy O. Gary
                "Deed"
  This Indenture made eighteenth day of September
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and
eighty, between A.W. Keeler in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and Timothy
O. Gary of the same County and State party of the second
part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the first for
and in consideration of the sum of Forty Dollars law-
-ful money of the United States, to him duly paid before
the delivery hereof, hath bargained and sold and by these
presence doth grant and convey to the said party of the sec
-ond part, his heirs and assigns, forever, All that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
and State aforesaid and which is known and described
as follows, to wit: Commencing at North West corner of a
Hundred acre lot, Deeded by T.B. Ellis to W.A. Colclough
Esq run 4° 45' West 402 feet along West boundary of said
100 acre lot to a Stake, Thence West 480 ft to a stake, Thence
North 4° 45' East 270 ft to a Stake, Thence Eastward
on a line paralelle to A.G. & W.I.T. Companies Rail Road
to point of beginning, Township 10 S Range 20 E and
containing Four acres more or less, Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments appurtenances
and all the estate title and interest of the said party
of the first part, doth hereby covenant and agree with
the said party of the second part that at the time 
of the delivery hereof, The said party of the first
part is the lawful owner of the premises above
granted, and seized thereof in fee simple absolute
and that he will warrant and defend the above
granted premises in the quiet and peaceable poss-
-ession of the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever In witness whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and seals this the eight
-eenth day of September, AD Eighteen Hundred and
Eighty, Signed sealed and delivered in presence of
W.C. Hillard
