   This Indenture made and entered into on this 28th
day of January AD 1882, by and between M.A.
Burke Widow of the aforesaid County and State party
of the first part, and Mamie W. Tucker of the County of
Nassau State aforesaid, party of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars, to her in hand paid, by the party of the sec-
-ond part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hath granted, bargained, and sold, and doth by these
presents grant, bargain, and sell, and convey unto her
the said party of the second part, and to her heirs and
assigns, the following described property, to wit:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida,
Known and distinguished, as begining at the South
east corner of the George M. Richardson tract of land,
running North Thirty (30) Chains, thence East (10) Ten
Chains, thence South 20 3/4 chains, thence East (7) Seven
Chains, thence South (9 1/4) nine and one fourth Chains,
thence West (17) Seventeen Chains, to the point of Begin
-ning, Containing (36 49/100) Thirty Six 49/100 Acres, All
situated in Section twenty two, in Township (10) ten
in Range Nineteen (19) S&E, Together with all and
singular, the rights, tenements, hereditaments, there
unto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold, the above granted and described
premises, unto her the said party of the second
part, and to her heirs, executors, administrators, and
assigns, forever in fee Simple absolute, against the
claims, or demands of all and every person whomso
-ever, In testimony whereof the said party of the
first part hath hereunto set her hand, and affixed
her Seal, the day and year first above written,
