Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and
for said County personally came P.M. Oliver and Martha L. Oliver the
Grantors in the foregoing deed of conveyance who acknowledged in my
presence that they executed the said deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and the said Martha L. Oliver upon being examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband the said P.M. Oliver
acknowledged that she made herself a party to the said deed for
the express purpose of renouncing relinquishing and extinguishing
all her dower and right of dower in and to the property therein
conveyed and that she signed and sealed the said deed of her own
free will and accord and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
Taken and acknowledged before me this 31st       P.M. Oliver (seal)
day of January AD 1880                      M.L. Oliver (seal)

State of Florida } I P.H. Young a Justice of the Peace in and
Alachua County   } for said County do hereby certify that the
foregoing acknowledgement was taken before me and that the
said Martha L. Oliver upon being examined by me separate and
apart from her husband acknowledged that she made herself a
party to the foregoing deed of conveyance for the express purpose of
renouncing relinquishing and extinguishing all her dower or right
of dower in and to the property therein conveyed and that she did the
same freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

  Martha E. Sage and Harvey H. Sage To Geo H. Rich and Louisa M. Smith
                           "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this 9th day of March AD 1880 between
Martha E. Sage and her husband Harvey H. Sage (who Joins in this deed
for the purpose of ratifying and confirming the act of his wife) of Cuyahoga
County in the State of Ohio of the first part and George H. Rich and
Louisa M. Smith (wife of B.M. Smith) of Alachua County in the State
of Florida of the second part; Witnesseth That the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred and 
Sixty Six and Sixty Seven cents to them in hand paid the
