receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said parties of the second part all that certain lot tract piece
or parcel of land lying and being situate in the State of Florida
county of Alachua and in the South East quarter of the North West
quarter of section Twenty Two (22) in Township Ten (10) South Range
Twenty (20) East and particularly designated and described as
follows to wit Beginning on the line dividing the North half of the
North West quarter from the South half of the North West quarter of said
section Twenty two (22) and at appoint which is located Thirty two
(32) chains and Seventy five (75) links east of the Western boundary line
of said section Twenty two (22) and running thence South Twenty chains
Thence East Two (2) chains and Fifty (50) links thence North Twenty (20) 
chains thence West Two (2) chains and Fifty (50) links to the point
of beginning containing Five (5) acres more or less Together with all
the rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold unto the said parties
of the second part and to their heirs and assigns forever in fee
simple absolute And the said parties of the first part do hereby
covenant and agree with the said parties of the Second part that
they are seized of and have good right and sufficient title
to convey the said premises and that the same are entirely
unencumbered and they do by these presents warrant and
agree to forever defend the title of the property in and to the
said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns
against all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same. In testimony whereof the said parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
the day and year first above written

E. Sage, separate and apart from her husband the said Harvey
H. Sage, and that upon being so examined by me, she acknow-
-ledged in my presence that she executed the foregoing deed
of conveyance of her separate property freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her said Husband
