said county personally came Martha E. Sage who acknow-
-ledged and Harvey H. Sage who acknowledged in my pres-
ence that they executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance for
the uses and purposes therein set forth. And the said Martha
E. Sage upon being examined by me separate and apart
from her Husband the said Harvey H. Sage acknowledged
that she signed and sealed the said Deed of conveyance of
her separate property freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear from her said Hus

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
Geo H. Rich (Bachelor) and Louisa M. Smith and B.M.
Smith her husband for and in consideration of the sum
of Three Hundred and sixty four and 33 1/3/100 Dollars
To us in hand paid by Mrs Ella M. McLean of the City
of Macon in the State of Georgia the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Mrs Ella M. McLean her heirs and assigns
forever the following described pieces or parcels of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, to wit: Beginning on the line dividing the
North half of the North West quarter, from the South half
of the North West quarter of Section Twenty two (22) and at
a point which is located Thirty two chains and Seventy five
(75) links East of the Western boundary line of said Section,
Twenty two (22) and running thence South Twenty chains, thence
  Thence North Twenty (20) chains thence West Two (2) chains and Fifty 50 links
East Two (2) chains and Fifty links (50) ^ to the point of beginning
