and particularly designated and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning on the line dividing the North half of the North
West quarter, from the South half of the North West quarter of
said Section Twenty two (22) and at a point which is located
Twenty eight chains East of the Western boundary line of said
section (22) and running thence South Six Hundred and Nine
-ty four and three fourths (694 3/4) feet, Thence East Thence
Thence North six hundred and ninety four and three fourths (694 3/4) feet thence west (313 1/2) three hundred and thirteen and a half (313 1/2)
feet Hundred and thirteen and a half ^ feet ^ to the point of beginning
and containing five acres of land more or less, Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining, To have and to hold
the same unto her the said Mrs. Ella M. McLean and to her heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple absolute, And we the said Geo H. Rich
(Bachelor) and Louisa M. Smith and B.M. Smith her Husband
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mrs Ella
M. McLean that we are legally seized in fee of the property here-
-in and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same, That the same is free all in
-cumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and
our heirs executors and administrators, shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto to her the said Mrs. Ella M.
McLean and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever, now claiming or hereafter claim the same.

acknowledges before me that she did sign the said Deed
and conveyance for the purpose of releasing and relinqui-
-shing all of her separate estate, in, and to, the lands in
the foregoing Deed described, and that she did the same
freely, and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said Husband
