"Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County } Know all men by these presents, that
I B.S. Foster of Gainesville Alachua County State of
Florida, for and in consideration of the sum of Four
Hundred Dollars to me paid by Leonard G. Dennis of
said City, County, and State, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained and
sold, and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey, unto the said Leonard G. Dennis his heirs and
assigns, all that certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being in the County and State aforesaid, and
particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
In the Thomas Napier Grant, situated in Township
Ten (10) South Range Nineteen and Twenty East commencing
at the North West corner of Lot Fifteen (15) and running
south 4 1/2° East Eight 75/100 chains, on line dividing Lots
Fourteen and Fifteen (14 & 15) to a Stake, Thence North
Eighty six 1/4° (86 1/4) East, Five 71/100 5 71/100 to a Stake,
Thence North Four 1/2° (4 1/2) West, Eight 75/100 (8 75/100) chains
to a Stake, on northern boundary of said Grant Thence
South Eighty six 1/4° (80 1/4) West, Five 71/100 (5 71/100 chains to
place of beginning containing Five acres more or less
Also Lot Sixteen in said Grant containing Forty (40)
acres more or less as subdivided into Lots, the map and
Plat of which appears upon record on Deed Book I on
page 591 of the public records of Alachua County State
