"Deed"
This Indenture made 30th December Anno Domino Eighteen
Hundred and Eighty one, Between George R. Fairbanks
and Susan B. Fairbanks his wife of County of Nassau
and State of Florida, parties of the first part and Mrs
Mary I. Clark of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred and Twenty six Dollars, lawful money of
the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted bargained, sold, aliened, rem-
-ised, released, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these pre-
-sents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
