or parcels of land, situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and
described on the map of Public Surveys of said County
as Lot (4) Four of Section 19 Nineteen in Township (7)
Seven S of Range (18) Eighteen East containing 47 acres
Also so much of the South half of the NE quarter of
said Section (19) Nineteen T7 R18 as lies within the
Atkinson Grant estimated at 33 acres. Together with
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
-purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apperta-
-ining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, And also
all the estate right, title, interest, Dower and right of
Dower, property, possession, claim and demand, whatso
-ever, as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the
first part of in and to the same, and every part and
parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, To have and to
hold, the above granted, bargained, and described prem-
-ises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns, to her and their own
proper use, benefit, and behoof forever, And the said par
-ties of the first part for themselves and their heirs do cov-
-enant, promise and agree to and with the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns, that said parties
of the first part at the time of the sealing and delivery
of these presents, were lawfully seized in own right of
a good absolute and indefeasible, estate of inheritance
of and in all and singular the above granted, bargained
and described premises, with the appurtenances to have
and transfer good right, full power and lawful authority
to grant bargain and sell and convey the same in
manner aforesaid, And that the said party of the sec
-ond part her heirs and assign shall and may at all
times hereafter, peaceably and quietly have, hold use
and occupy, possess, and enjoy the above granted
premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the
appurtenances, without any let, suit, trouble molest
-ation, eviction or disturbance of the said parties of 
the first part their heirs or assigns, or of any other
person or persons, lawfully claiming or to claim the
same, and that the same now are free clear discharged
and unencumbered of and from all former and other
grants, titles, charges, estates, judgements taxes ass
-essments, and encumbrances of what nature or kind
soever occasioned by any default of theirs, And the
said parties of the first part and their heirs that above
described and hereby granted and released premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
