George R. Fairbanks To Franklin D. Vaughan
             "Deed"
 State of Florida } Know all men by these presents, that
Alachua County    } We George R. Fairbanks and Susan
B. Fairbanks his wife of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by Franklin D. Vaughan
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Fra
-nklin B. Vaughan his heirs and assigns all of that
certain Lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the Bellamy Road now known as the Wire
Road at a corner in Section - of the Simon Dell land
at a post thence running with said Road North Westerly

35 chains to a post, Thence North 60° West 28 57/100 chains
to a Post, Thence South 28° 15" East 35 chains to said Dells
lands or line, to a Post. Thence with said Dells line to the
Post at the Beginning, Being part and parcel of the Grant
to George Atkinson as laid down on the map of Public Surveys
of the United States and lying as supposed in Sec 7 T7
R18 Containing by estimation One Hundred acres of
land, more or less, To have and to hold the same unto him
Franklin D. Vaughan and to his heirs executors admin
-istrators and assigns in fee, absolute forever, And I
the said George R. Fairbanks do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said Franklin D. Vaughan that
I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs, executors and adminis
-trators, shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto him the said Franklin D. Vaughan and to
his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same, In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals on this 22 day of February
