1881 Before me personally appeared Mrs Susan B. Fairbanks, wife of
George R. Fairbanks, the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her Husband
says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said Deed of con-
veyance for the purpose of relinquishing, releasing and renouncing all
of her right of Dower in and to the land in said Deed described and
that the said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done
and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear from her said Husband.

County } Know all men by these presents, That I Charles
W. Norton and his wife Julia R. Norton, of the for and in consideration
of the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars to us in hand paid
by N.D. Phillips of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold,
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said N.D. Phillips all of that certain Lot piece tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida, particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot numbers One (1) and Two (2) in Block Three (3) Range Two (2) of an
Eastern addition to the Town of Gainesville according to Map of Voyles
survey of 1876, containing acres more or less. Together with and sing-
-ular, the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
-ing or in anywise appertaining, To have and to hold the same unto him
the said N.D. Phillips, and to his heirs executors and administrator
