-son and M.J. Dickenson his wife to me well known to be
the grantors herein, each of whom acknowledged to me that
they and each of them signed sealed and delivered the
above foregoing Deed, in the manner and for the purposes
therein expressed,

State of Florida  } Be it remembered that on this day came
County of Alachua } before me a Notary Public in and for the
State at large M.J. Dickenson wife of W.A. Dickenson who
after an examination by me, first held separate and
apart from her Husband, acknowledged that she did
sign seal and deliver, the above deed of conveyance with
her Husband, freely voluntarily and without compulsion
constraint, apprehension, or fear of or from her Husb
-and, for the purposes of relinquishing and renouncing 
all the Dower, or right of Dower, in and to the property
therein conveyed, Witness my hand and seal this 7th 
day of January AD 1882.

County and State, do hereby certify that the above sepa
-rate acknowledgement of Mrs M.J. Dickenson wife of
W.A. Dickenson was made by her before me after an exam

-sion constraint, or apprehension, fear, of or from her
