"Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered in
to this 7th day of November AD 1881, between James Kincaid
and Sarah H. Kincaid his wife, who joins in this deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing all her right of
Dower, in and to the property hereinafter described and
conveyed of the first part, And Mrs M.L. Ward of the
second part all of the State and County aforesaid
of the first
Witnesseth, that the said parties^part, for and in consid-
-eration of the sum of one hundred and sixty four 80/100
Dollars to them in hand paid, by the said party of the
second part and before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed, and by
these presents do Grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part all that certain lot
tract, piece or parcel land lying and being situated in
the State and County aforesaid, and particularly described
as follows to wit: beginning at the half mile stake on
the South boundary line of section Ten (10) in Township 10 South
Range(20) East and running thence west Ten chains to a
Stake, thence North Nineteen (19) chains and Seventy Eight
Links (78) Thence East Nine chains (9) and Sixty four (64)
links, Thence South Nineteen chains (19) and Fifty links
(50) to the point of beginning, Saving and excepting Two
and Eight tenths (2 8/10) acres heretofore conveyed to S.H.
Reid and John Ward which is described as follows
Beginning at a point which is located Six (6) chains
north of the said half mile stake on the South Boundary
line of said Section (10) Ten and running thence West
Seven (7) chains, Thence North Four (4) chains. Thence
East Seven Chains, Thence South Four (4) chains, To the
point of beginning, The Lot conveyed by these presents
containing by estimation Sixteen (16) acres and Forty
eight one hundredths (48/100) of an acre, To have and to
hold unto the said party of the second part her heirs ex-
-ecutors and administrators and assigns forever in fee
simple absolute, Together with all the rights, privileges
and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, And the said parties of the first part do
hereby Covenant and agree with the said party of the
second part that at the time of the ensealing and delivery
of these presents they are the lawful of the said property and
hold the same under a good and indefeasible title and that the
said property is entirely free from any and all encumbrances of
whatsoever nature or kind and the said parties of the first
