  Columbus J. Morrison to Hugh A. Morrison

  State of Florida }
  Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents that
                   } I Columbus J. Morrison (Farmer) of the County
and State aforesaid in Consideration of five hundred Dollars
lawful Money of the United States of America to Me paid by
Hugh A. Morrison (Farmer) in County and State as above written
the receipt is hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant
barrgain sell and Convey unto the Said Hugh A. Morrison all of
the North west quarter (1/4) of the South East quarter (1/4) (ecept 
four square acres in the North East Corner of said lot) The
North East quarter (1/4) of the South East both in Section
Twenty Six (26) Township ten (10) South of Range Twenty
Two (22) East, The South west quarter (1/4) of the South East
quarter (1/4) the North East quarter (1/4) of the South West
quarter (1/4) of the South West quarter (1/4) that lies East of
the Mill pond All in Section Twenty five (25) in Township
ten (10) South Range (22) East Containing one hundred
and Seventy acres More or less. To Have and To Hold the Above
granted premises to the said Hugh A. Morrison his heirs
and Assigns to his use and behoof forever and I the said
Columbus J. Morrison for Myself and My heirs Executors
and administrators do Covenant with the said Hugh
A. Morrison and with his heirs and Assigns that I am lawfully
seised in fee simple of the afore granted premises that
they are free from all enCumbrances that I have good
right to sell and Convey the Same to the Said Hugh A.
Morrison and his heirs and assigns forever and that I will
and My heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and
defend the Same to the said Hugh A. Morrison and his heirs
and Assigns forever against the lawful claim and demands
of all persons In Witness Whereof I the Said Columbus
J. Morrison Have and Sarah M. Morrison (My lawful wife)
in token of our release of all right and title of or to claim
in the said granted premises have hereunto set our hands
and seals this eleventh 11th day of August Eighteen hundred and Eighty
