have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey and deliver unto Mary R.
Morrison of the State and County aforesaid all that tract or
parcel of land situated and lying in the County aforesaid
and described as follows to wit: The South half of the South
west quarter of the north east quarter of section Twenty
six Township Ten Range Twenty Two south and east
containing Twenty acres More or less with all the 
appurtenances rights titles and interest in fee simple unto
and belonging forever and we the said Jack Bartley and
Nancy Bartley declare for ourselves and our heirs that
we are the owners of said land and have full right to
sell and convey the above described Land to the said
Mary R. Morrison her heirs or assigns and the said premises
are free from any claims or demand whatsoever In
