  Alachua County  } This Indenture made on
                  }the 30th day of December
AD 1878 between Robert H. Hall & Mary C. Hall
wife of Mary C. Hall of the first part and Allen Nelson
of the second part witnesseth that for and in consider
ation of the sum of amount of Ten Bales of Seal Island
Cotton to him in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the parties of the first part
has given granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presence does so give grant bargain
sell and convey to the party of the second the following
described parcel of land to wit Commencing at the
south East Corner of section (35) Township Eleven (11)
Range Twenty one (21) running west along the west
line of said section to a stake corner near a branch
crossing said line thence North to a pole bridge
on said stream thence East to a stake corner on east
line of said section, said stake in Tuscawilla Lake
thence south to point of beginning containing one
Hundred an sixty acres of land more or less To Have
and To Hold the said parcel of land above described
and conveyed Togather with all and singular the houses
and buildings and improvements to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining to the said party of the 
second part his heirs Executives or administrators 
and assigns in fee simple forever and the said parties
of the first part covenants and agrees with the party 
of the second part that he is seized in fee
of the premises above said: That they are free 
from all encumbrances that they have good right
to sell and convey the same to the said party of the
