    Alachua County } Know all men by these
                   } presents that we Cicero
A. Simmons and his wife Marth M. Simmons
of the aforesaid County and State for and in con
sideration of the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
to us in hand paid at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged of John L. Brown of the
City of Terre Haute in the State of Indiana have
granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain, sell, alien
and convey unto him the said John L. Brown an
undivided one half interest in the south half of section
Thirty (30) in Township Ten (10) south of Range
Twenty Two (22) East saving excepting and reserving
that portion of said section No 30 containing
one Hundred and forty one (141) acres more or less
heretofore conveyed to William P. Scott by Daniel
Scott by Deed bearing date the 1st day of Sep
=tember AD 1862 which deed is recorded at
pages 416 of Deed Book "E" of the public
records of Alachua County Florida = Also an
undivided one half interest in the whole of section
thirty one (31) in Township Ten (10) south of Range
Twenty two (22) East saving excepting and reserving
a plot and parcel of land lying and situated No Thirty one
(31) which plot or parcel of land is laid in to
a town or village of Blocks with streets between
and is called "Magnesia Springs" which plot or parcel
of land is a paraleogram Measuring Fifteen Hundred
and Eighty (1580) from north to south by Two
Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty (2220) feet from
East to west: also saving and Excepting and
reserving another plot parcel or paralelogram
of land Measuring Two Hundred and thirty feet from
North to South by Five Hundred and Eighty five (585)
feet from East to west situated and lying in the North
East quarter of said section No thirty one (31) which
is bounded on the North by the northern boundary
line of said section No Thirty one (31) and on the East
by the above mentioned and described and reserved Magnesia
Springs plat Togather with all and singular undivided
one half interest in the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances to the same belonging or in anywise apper
