Alachua County } Know all men by these
presents that I Mary M.
Graddick of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid by John L. Brown of Terre Haute
Indiana the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted, bargained bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said John L. Brown all of that certain
lot piece or parcel of land situated lying and being in
Alachua County State of Florida and particularly dis
cribed as follows to wit: a plot of Ground one Hundred
(100) feet square in the North west corner of Block
thirteen (13) as is shown in the Town plat of
Magnesia Springs on record in the pubic records
of Alachua County Florida the same being the
plat of land heretofore Conveyed to me by C.A.
Simmons and wife by deed bearing date the
21st day of May AD 1879 and which is recorded
at pages 965 and 966 and 967 of Deed Book "K"
public records of Alachua County Florida
Togather with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining: To Have and To Hold
the same unto him the said John L. Brown and
to his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever
