"Deed"
This Indenture made the Thirtieth day of December Anno
Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty one Between George R.
Fairbanks and Susan B. Fairbanks his wife of Nassau
County of and State of Florida parties of the first part
and William W. Stroble of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida parties of the second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of three Hundred Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever all all those certain lots
tracts or parcel of lands situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and described on the map of public surveys of said County
as all that part of lot (4) Four of section (21) Twenty
one T7 Seven S of Range (18) Eighteen East lying
within the boundaries of the grant designated on the Said
plats as the Adkinson Grant and also all that part of
