 Prince McWeen To Rufus A. Peck

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this Sixteenth day of May AD 1882 Witnesseth that
Prince McWeen in consideration of the sum of fifty
five dollars already advanced by and now due
to Rufus A. Peck by him the said Prince McWeen
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for
the further Consideration that the said Rufus A.
Peck shall and will make Such further reasonable
amount of advances in provisions merchandise
and plantation Supplies as may be necessary to enable
the said Prince McWeen to make harvest and pre-
pare for Market his crops of all kinds during the
year AD 1882 such further advances not to exceed
Fifty dollars and for the further Consideration
of one dollar in hand paid by these presents doth
grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Rufus
A. Peck and to his heirs and assigns all the right
title interest and Claim of my present Crops the
said Rufus A. Peck heirs executors and adminis
trators of in and to all the Crops of whatsoever spe-
cies kind or description now growing or which may
hereafter at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County
Florida until the debt hereby Secured with interest
is fully paid: also the following described property
to wit: One Cart, one horse & three head of Cattle with
the interest and profit of all lands that I now
hold and occuppy. To have and to hold all and
singular the crops lands and personal property
above bargained and sold unto the said Rufus
A. Peck heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever. Provided Nevertheless that if the said Prince
McWeen should well and truly pay or cause to be
paid unto the said Rufus A. Peck the full am-
ount of the advances heretofore made and here-
after to be made with the Charges for Commissions
and interest on the same then this obligation to
be void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is further agreed that all amounts heretofore
and hereafter advanced are due and payable
upon delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear
interest accordingly and that this instrument may
be enforced at any time at the option of the
said Rufus A. Peck. And it is hereby further a-
