Species kind or description now growing or which
may hereafter at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
in or off of any and all lands in Alachua County
Florida until the debt hereby secured with interest
is fully paid Also the following described property
towit: One Bay Mare about 8 years old & one sorrel
mare about 11 years old and two Colts one nearly 7
months old and the other nearly 18 months old To
have and to hold all and Singular the Crops lands
and personal property above bargained and sold
unto the said S.C. Sadler his heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless that
if the said William Sakman should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said S.C. Sad-
ler the full amount of the advances heretofore made
and hereafter to be made with with the Charges for
Commissions and interest on the same then this
obligation to be void else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is further agreed that all am-
ounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are due
and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor
and shall bear interest accordingly and that this
instrument may be enforced at any time at the
option of the said S.C. Sadler and it is hereby fur-
ther agreed that should it become necessary to en-
force this instrument by legal proceedings the
said William Salman will pay therefor all attorneys 
fees Charges and expenses.
