Alachua County   } This Indenture made and
entered into on this 29th day of April AD 1882
Witnesseth that Charles Debose in Consideration of the
Sum of Two Dollars already advanced by and now
due to S.C. Sadler by him the said Charles Debose
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the
further Consideration that the Said S.C. Sadler shall
and will make such further reasonable amount of
advances in provisions merchandise and plantation sup=
plies as may be necessary to enable the said Charles
Debose to make harvest and prepare for Market his
Crops of all kinds during the year AD 1882; Such further
advances not to exceed Fifty dollars and for the fur-
ther Consideration of one dollar in hand paid by
these presents doth grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the said S.C. Sadler and to his heirs and assigns
all the right title interest and claim of him the
said Charles Debose his heirs executors and adminis-
trators of in and to all the crops of whatsoever species
kind or description now growing or which may hereafter
at any time in the future be planted grown or gathered
by me or for me or for my benefit in off of any and 
all lands in Alachua County Florida until the debt hereby
secured with interest is fully paid: Also the following
described property to wit: One Bay Mare about ten years
old. To have and to hold all and singular the Crops
lands and personal property above bargained and
sold unto the said S.C.Sadler his heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns forever. Provided Nevertheless
that if the said Charles Debose Should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said S.C. Sadler
the full amount of the advances heretofore made
and hereafter to be made with the Charges for Com=
missions and interest on the Same then this obliga-
tion to be void else to remain in full force and virtue.
And it is further agreed that all amounts heretofore
and hereafter advanced are due and payable upon
delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear inter-
est accordingly and that this instrument may be
enforced at any time at the option of the said
S.C. Sadler. And it is hereby further agreed that
Should it become necessary to enforce this in-
strument by legal proceedings the said Charles
Debose will pay therefor all attorneys fees Charges
and expenses
