Singular the Crops lands and personal property above bargained and
sold unto the said S.C. Sadler his heirs executors administrators
and assigns Provided nevertheless that if the said Melvin
Haile Should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
Said S.C. Sadler the full amount of the advances heretofore made
and hereafter to be made with the Charges and interest on the
Same then this obligation to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue. And it is further agreed that all amounts
heretofore and hereafter advanced are due and payable upon
delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear interest accor-
dingly and that this instrument may be enforced at any
time at the option of the said S.C. Sadler And it is hereby fur
ther agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said Melvin
Haile will pay therefor all attorneys fees charges and expen-
ses. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal this 18th day of March AD 1882.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this 21st day of January AD 1882. Witnesseth
that Alfred White in consideration of the Sum of Five
dollars already advanced by and now due to S.C. Sadler
by him the said Alfred White the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged and for the further Considera-
tion that the said S.C. Sadler shall and will make such
further reasonable amount of advances in provisions
merchandise and plantation Supplies as may be
necessary to enable the said Alfred White to make
harvest and prepare for market his crops of all
