vances not to exceed fifty dollars and for the further
consideration of one dollar in hand paid by these presents
doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said S.C.
Sadler and to his heirs and assigns all the right title
interest and claim of him the said Alfred White
heirs executors and administrators of in and to all the
crops of whatsoever species Kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter at any time in the
future be planted grown or gathered by me or for
me or for my benefit in or off of any and all lands
in Alachua County Florida until the debt hereby secured
with interest is fully paid; also the following des-
cribed property to wit: One Bay Blazed face mare
8 years old named "Mary" and one Colt nearly Two
years old. To have and to hold all and singular
the crops lands and personal property above bargained
and sold unto the said S.C. Sadler his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever Provided nevertheless 
that if the said Alfred White Should well and truly pay 
or cause to be paid unto the said S.C. Sadler the full 
amount of the advances heretofore made and hereafter 
to be made with the Charges for Commissions and interest 
on the same then this obligation to be void else to remain 
in full force and virtue. And it is further agreed that 
all amounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are due 
and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor 
and shall bear interest accordingly and that this 
instrument may be enforced at any time at the 
option of the said S.C. Sadler. And it is hereby further 
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said Alfred
White will pay therefor all attorneys fees Charges and 
expenses. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set 
my hand and affixed my seal this 21st day of 
January AD 1882.
