addition to the Town of Gainesville in the County & State aforesaid
as Shown on Williams Map of said Town of Gainesville being Four
hundred feet North and South and Two Hundred & Forty Five Feet
East and West. To have and to hold the said property described to her
the said Mary S. Sheats and her heirs and assigns forever free and
clear of the Lien of the said Mortgage or of any proceeding thereof and
free and clear of and from any and all other Liens of any and all kinds
whatsoever that I may hold or have upon or over said lands above
described and they are hereby declared to be forever released cancelled
and discharged in so far as they may effect or be a lien or liens
upon the said lands herein particularly described and set forth
But it is hereby expressly stipulated that the said Mortgage or
any other Liens I may have against the said J.B. Brown are not to
be in any manner effected by this instrument except to release and
relieve the property herein particularly described  from the said
mortgage or other lien Hereby Confirming and ratifying the release
made by me hereto on the 14th of January AD 1880. In testimony
whereof I as Executrix of & for the Estate of R.A. Stewart deceased both
hereunto Set my hand and seal this day of February AD 1882

Know all men by these presents that I Elvin Ferguson in consideration of
the sum of one hundred and eleven dollars and fifty cents to me
paid by U.A. Wright of Alachua County and State of Florida the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant sell and convey
unto the said U.A. Wright his heirs and assigns all the right title
interest and claim of Elvin Ferguson the mortgagor his heirs
executors and administrators of in and to all the crops of what soever
