and Singular the crops lands and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the Said S.C. Sadler his heirs execu-
tors administrators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless
that if the Said Boston Sturkes Should well and truly pay
or cause to be paid unto the said S.C. Sadler the full am-
ount of the advances heretofore made and hereafter to be
made with the charges for commissions and interest on the
same then this obligation to be void else to remain in
full force and virtue. And it is further agreed that all
amounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are due
and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor and
Shall bear interest accordingly and that this instru-
ment may be enforced at any time at the option of
the said S.C. Sadler. And it is hereby further agreed that
should it become necessary to enforce this instrument
by legal proceedings the said Boston Sturkes will pay
therefor all attorneys fees charges and expenses.
