And it is further agreed that all amounts heretofore 
and hereafter advanced are due and payable 
upon delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear 
interest accordingly and that this instrument 
may be enforced at any time at the option of 
the said S.C. Sadler. And it is hereby further a-
greed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said 
William Hipard will pay therefor all attorneys 
fees Charges and expenses.

 James S. Johnson To Adkins Brothers
           "Mortgage"
This Indenture made the 4th day of April in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Two
Between S. Johnson and his wife - Johnson of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part
and James R. Adkins and E.A. Adkins doing business
under the name form and stile of Adkins Brothers also
of said State and County of the Second part: Whereas
the said James S. Johnson Justly indebted to Adkins
Brothers of the second part in the Sum of Fifty Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America
Now this indenture witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for the better Securing the payment
of the said Sum of money mentioned in the note of hand
of said James S. Johnson of even date herewith for
