This Indenture made and entered into on this the
10th day of April AD 1882 witnesseth that Arthur
Sanders in Consideration of the Sum of Three dollars
already advanced by and now due to Adkins Bros
by him the said Arthur Sanders the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged and for further Considera-
tion that he said Adkins Bros will advance Thirty
Two dollars more in merchandise and plantations sup-
plies as necessary to enable the said Arthur Sanders
to make Harvest and prepare for Market his Crop of
all kinds during the year AD 1882 Such advances not
to exceed Thirty five dollars and for the further Consid-
eration of One dollar in hand paid by these presents doth
grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Adkins
Bros and their heirs and assigns All the right title in-
terest and claim of mine in the said Crop to their heirs
executor and administrator of in and to all the Crops of whatso-
ever species kind or description now growing or which
may hereafter at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for my benefit on or off of
any lands in Alachua County Florida until the debt here-
by Secured with interest is fully paid also the following
property to wit one bay horse to have and to hold all
and singular the Crops and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the said Adkins Bros their
heirs and assigns forever, provided Nevertheless that if the
said Arthur Sanders shall well and truly pay unto the
said Adkins Bros the full amount of the advances
heretofore made and hereafter to be made with the charges
for interest on the Same then this obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby
further agreed that this instrument may be enforced
at any time at the option of the said Adkins Bros
and it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceed-
ing the said Arthur Sanders will pay therefor all
reasonable attorneys fees and Charges In witness
