Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this 27th day of January AD 1882 witnesseth
that E.B. Rogers and S.W. Rogers in Consideration of
the Sum of Two hundred and thirty 98/100 dollars already
advanced by and now due to the firm of Turner & Butler
of Levyville Levy County Florida by us the said E.B. Rogers
and S.W. Rogers by our note the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged and for the further Consideration
of one dollar in hand paid by these presents
doth grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said
firm of Turner & Butler and to their heirs and assigns
all the right title interest and claim of ourselves
the said E.R. Rogers and S.W. Rogers our heirs
executors and administrators of in and to all the
Crops of whatsoever species kind or description
