Now growing or which may hereafter at any time
in the future be planted grown or gathered by us or for us
or for our benefit on or off any and all lands in Alachua
County Florida until the debt hereby Secured with interest
is fully paid: Also the following described property to
wit: One Bay Horse Six (6) years old called "Joe: and
this instrument is to have the full force and effect
of a Mortgage and of a lien under the provisions
of Chapter 1739 Laws of Florida entitled an act
to enable Indigent persons to obtain Credit and
to Secure the Lender. To have and to hold all and Sin-
gular the Crops and personal property above bargained
and Sold unto the Said firm of Turner & Butler and to
their heirs executors administrators and assigns forever.
Provided Nevertheless That if the said E.B. Rogers & S.W.
Rogers Shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
unto the said Turner & Butler the full amount of the
advances heretofore made with their Charges for Commissions
and interest on the Same then this obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby
further agreed that all amounts heretofore advanced
are due and payable upon delivery of the Goods
therefor and shall bear interest accordingly and that
this instrument may be enforced at any time at the
option of the Said Turner & Butler; and it is hereby fur-
ther agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said E.B.
Rogers & S.W. Rogers will pay therefor all reasonable
attorneys fees and Charges. In witness whereof we
have hereunto Set our hands and affixed our
seals the day and year first above written
