Species kind or description now growing or which may hereafter
at anytime in the future be planted grown or gathered by me or for me
or for my benefit in or off of any land or lands in Alachua County
State of Florida until the debt hereby secured with interest from
maturity of said note of indebtedness according to the tenor of the
same is fully paid also the following described property to wit One dark
bay horse mule named Scott about eight years old and one roan Colored
mare about seven years old. To have and to hold all and singular
the crops and personal property above bargained and sold unto
the said U.A. Wright his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever Provided nevertheless that if the said Elvin Ferguson shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said U.A. Wright a certain promissory
note bearing even date herewith for the sum of one hundred and eleven
dollars and fifty cents according to the tenor of said note then
this obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is further agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said Elvin Ferguson will pay
therefor all attorneys fees charges and expenses. In Witness Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twentieth
