Moses Fowler To Turner & Butler
               "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
County of Levy   } This Indenture made and entered 
into on this 26th day of April AD 1882 witnesseth that
Moses Fowler in Consideration of the Sum of Ninety
Nine and 79/100 dollars already advanced by and now
due to the firm of Turner & Butler of Levyville Levy
County Fla by me the said Moses Fowler by my note
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for
the further Consideration of one dollar in hand
paid by these presents doth grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto the said firm of Turner & Butler and
to their heirs and assigns all the right title interest
and claim of myself the said Moses Fowler my heirs
executors and administrators of in and to all the Crops
of whatsoever species kind or description now grow-
ing or which may hereafter at any time in the future
be planted grown or gathered by me or for my benefit
on or off any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
untill the debt hereby Secured with interest is fully paid
Also the following described property to wit: 1 Sorrell
Horse named "Bill" ^ Nine years old ^ and this instrument   
is to have the full force and effect of a Mortgage and
of a lien under the provisions of Chapter 1739 Laws
of Florida entitled an act to enable indigent per-
sons to obtain Credit and to Secure the lender
