To have and to hold all and singular the Crops and personal
property above bargained and sold unto the said Firm
of Turner & Butler and to their heirs executors administer-
tors and assigns forever Provided Nevertheless that if
the said Moses Fowler shall well and truly pay or
cause to be paid unto the said Turner & Butler the
full amount of the advances heretofore made with
their Charges for Commissions and interest on the same
then this obligation to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue, And it is hereby further agreed that
all amounts heretofore advanced are due and payable
upon delivery of the Goods therefor and shall bear
interest accordingly and that this instrument may
be enforced at any time at the option of the said
Turner & Butler And it is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said Moses
Fowler will pay therefor all reasonable attorneys Fees
and Charges in witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal the said day and Year
