Jehu Chesser To Mrs Lolla Henderson

This Indenture made and entered into June 7th AD
1882 between Jehu Chesser and Mrs Lolla Henderson
witnesses that the said Chesser for and on Consideration
of the sum of five dollars to him paid by the said
Mrs Henderson has granted bargained and sold
and by these presents does grant bargain Sell and
Convey to the said Mrs Henderson all those tracts or
parcels of land lying and situate in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida and known and described
as the North East quarter (NE1/4) & the South East quarter
(SE1/4} of the North West quarter (NW1/4) of Section Nine
(9) Township Seven (7) of Range Eighteen (18) Containing in
all 200 acres more or less To have and to hold to the
Said Mrs Lolla Henderson her heirs and assigns with
all the rights and privileges thereto appertaining: Provi-
ded nevertheless and this deed is made upon the Condit-
ion that if the said Jehu Chesser shall pay to the
Said Mrs Henderson a certain promissory note
dated June 7th AD 1882 Signed by the Said Chesser
whereby he promises to pay to the Said Mrs Henderson
one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00) on or before
the 1st day of January AD 1883 with ten per cent interest
from date then the foregoing deed to be void and of no-
effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal the day and year before written
