unto the Said W. Lassiter his heirs and assigns
all my right title interest and claim of in and to
all the Crops of whatsoever species kind or description
now growing or which may hereafter be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County
Florida. Also the following described property to wit:
One Bay Mare named Gallopin aged 10 years
To have and to hold all and Singular the Crops
lands and personal property above bargained and
sold unto the Said W. Lassiter his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever. Provided Neverthe-
less that if the said J.S. Hinnant should well
and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
W. Lassiter the full amount of Said Note
together with the interest according to its
tenor and effect then this instrument to
be void else to remain in full force and
virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that
should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedins the said
J.S. Hinnant will pay therefor all attorneys fees
Charges and expenses.
