County of Alachua } This Indenture made and
entered into this 19th day of June AD 1882 between
George H. Tyson and John O. Tyson of Alachua
County and State of Florida parties of the first
part and William J. Clark of the State of Con-
necticut party of the second part. Witnesseth
that for and in Consideration of the Sum of One
thousand dollars to the parties of the first part
in hand paid by the party of the Second part at
the time of executing this Indenture the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties
of the first part in Consideration of the payment
of said Sum have bargained and sold and doth
hereby Convey unto the said party of the Second
part all that Certain tract or parcel of land known
or described as the NE Quarter of Sec Thirty Three
(33) and the North half of Sec Thirty four (34) Township
Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) of what is Known as
the Arredondo Grant and Containing four hundred
and Seventy four acres more or less Situate
laying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida to have and to hold the
above described and granted tract or parcel
of Land with all the rights improvements or
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the only proper use benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second part
his heirs executors or assigns in fee Simple
forever. Nevertheless with this express Condition
and reservation that if the said parties of the
first part shall well and truly pay or Cause
to be paid their Certain joint and Several prom-
issory Note of even date with this indenture
and bearing interest at the rate of Eight per
Cent per annum payable Semi annually on
the first day of July and January of each year
