and in Case of a suit for the Collection of said
note which is for One thousand Dollars with
interest as aforesaid there and in that Case as well
this Indenture and the estate therein and therefore --
veyed and the said promissory note Shall Cease
determine and become Null and void and of None effect

Andrew J. Collins to G.D. Younglove & Son
            "Mortgage"

Alachua County   } Whereas I Andrew J. Collins
am justly indebted to G.D. Younglove and E.G. Younglove
trading under he firm name of G.D. Younglove & Son
in the Sum of Seven hundred and Six 33/100 dollars
which said Sum of money is Covenanted to be paid by
Three Certain promissory notes bearing even date herewith
one for the Sum of Two hundred dollars due on the 15th
day of July AD 1882: one for $200 due August 15th AD 1882:
and one for $30633 due on 15th day of September AD 1882
payable to the order of G.D. Younglove & Son with inter-
est at the rate of one per cent per month from the
15th day of April AD 1882. And whereas I am desirous
of fully and better securing the payment of said notes
