recorded at page Twenty six (26) of Mortgage Book "E" of the
public records of Alachua County State of Florida and so far
as the public are informed stands there as a valid subsisting lien
upon the property set forth in said Mortgage and whereas the
said John J. Henderson never in point of fact advanced or loaned
to the said James B. Dawkins or to his wife C.T. Dawkins any 
sum of money upon or by reason of or on account of the said Mortgage
the same having been executed and made a matter of record in
anticipation of the fact that^said Henderson would in future
advance and loan the amount specified therein and whereas
there is nothing now due upon or on account of the said mortgage = Therefore
know all men by these presents that I^ W S. Henderson executor of the
last will of the said John J. Henderson now deceased do hereby declare
the said mortgage to be wholly null and void and of no further
effect at law or in equity and the said mortgage is hereby cancelled and
discharged and declared to be wholly void and satisfied

                  Be it remembered that on this day of March AD 1882
before me the subscriber^personally appeared^ William S. Henderson
executor of the last will and testament of the late John J. Henderson
deceased who I^know^is the person named in and who executed
the within and foregoing instrument of writing and I having first
made known to him the contents thereof he did thereupon
acknowledge before me that he did sign seal execute and deliver the
same as his voluntary act and cancellation of Mortgage for the uses and
purposes therein expressed In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my official seal the day and year aforesaid
