and the Sums of money mentioned therein. Therefore
know all men by these presents That the said Andrew
J. Collins for and in consideration of the premises and of
the Sum of One dollar to him in hand paid have granted
bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto the said G.D. Younglove
and Son their heirs and assigns all the following
described personal property towit: Two (2) Black
Horse mules, Two (2) Bay Mare mules: Two (2) Mouse
Colered horse Mules and one (1)Bay horse mule now
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida: and also one Log Cart formerly
owned by the said G.D. Younglove & Son Situated and
being in said County & State.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To
have and to hold the Same unto the said G.D.
Younglove & Son in fee Simple absolute forever.
Provided however are upon this express Condition
that if the said Andrew J. Collins his heirs or assigns
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum
of money covenanted to be paid by said Notes together
with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal
tenor thereof then this obligation to become null and
void else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is
hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
Andrew J. Collins will pay all expenses Costs and attorneys
fees which the said G.D. Younglove & Son may be put
to in enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid Sum of
money Covenanted to be paid by the said Notes by fore-
closure or otherwise.

affixed my seal on this 19th day of June AD 1882
