J.H. & W.H. Harrison To W.A. Colclough
                 "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
That Whereas J.H. Harrison & Wade H. Harrison of the
above State and County is indebted to W.A. Colclough
of the Same State and County in the Sum of One
hundred and fifty dollars which Said Sum is
Covenanted to be paid by our Certain promissory note
bearing date April 22nd 1882 and for the said Sum
of One hundred and fifty Dollars bearing interest at the
note of 12% per annum. Now therefore to better Secure
the payment of said note and interest as expressed
therein we do by these presents grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto the said W.A. Colclough his heirs
and assigns all my right title interest and claim
of in and to all the Crops of whatsoever species
kind or description now growing or which may hereafter
be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or
for my benefit on or off of any and all lands in
Alachua County Florida. To have and to hold all
and Singular the Crops lands and personal property
above bargained and sold unto the said W.A. Col-
clough his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever. Provided Nevertheless that if the said Harrison &
Harrison should well and truly pay or cause to be
paid unto the said W.A. Colclough the full amount
of said note together with the interest according to its
tenor and effect then this instrument to be void else
to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby
further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceeding the
said Harrison & Harrison will pay therefor all attorneys 
fees charges and expenses.
In Witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals this 22nd day of April AD 1882

discharge of this Mortgage this April 7th 1883
