Alachua County } Whereas we Anthony Buchanan
and Edward Tucker are justly indebted to William
A. Colclough in the Sum of Four hundred and
Eighty Three 59/100 dollars which said Sum of Money
is Covenanted to be paid by our Certain Promissory note
bearing even date herewith one for the Sum of Four
hundred and Eighty Three 59/100 Dollars Two hun-
dred and Forty one 79/100 dollars of which is payable
on June 15th 1883 and Two hundred and Forty one
79/100 dollars of which is payable on the 15th day of
June AD 1884 all to bear interest from date at the
rate of Ten per Cent per annum. And whereas we
are desirous of fully and better Securing the pay-
ment of said Note and the Sum of money mentioned
therein. Therefore know know all men by these presents
that we Anthony Buchanon and Edward Tucker
for and in Consideration of the premises and of the
Sum of One dollar to us in hand paid have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto the said William A.
Colclough his heirs and assigns all the following
described piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
Beginning at the NE Corner of David Buchanons
tract running N 159 37/100 chains to a stake thence
West 40 chains thence South 150 37/100 chains to a
stake thence East 40 chains to the point of beginning
Containing 60 acres more or less. And also the follow-
ing described piece tract or parcel of land to wit:
Beginning at the NE Corner of Anthony Buchanon
track and the Eastern boundary of Section 35
T9. R18. Running North 12 chains and 65 links to a
stake thence West 40 chains to a Stake thence
South 12 chains and 65 links to a Stake thence East

I hereby release and relinquish all my right and
claim by reason of this mortgage in and to the first
described piece or parcel of land containing 60 acres then
hereby releasing the same from this lien created by this
mortgage this February 23rd 1884 W.A.Colclough
