40 Chains to the point of beginning and Containing
50 acres more or less and all lying and being in
Alachua County State of Florida:
Th first described piece or parcel of land belonging
to Anthony Buchanon and the other to Edward
Tucker. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
to have and to hold the Same unto the said
William A. Colclough in fee Simple absolute
forever Provided however and these presents are upon
this express condition that if the said Anthony
Buchanon and Edward Tucker their heirs or
assigns shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid
the Sum of money Covenanted to be paid by said
note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor thereof then this obli-
gation shall become null and void else to remain
in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further
agreed and stipulated that the said Anthony
Buchanon and Edward Tucker will pay all
expenses Costs and attorneys fees which the
said William A. Colclough may be put to in
enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid Sum of
money Covenanted to be paid by said note by
foreclosure or otherwise.
