Alachua County } Whereas we Fannie R. Johnston
and James F.P. Johnston her husband are justly in-
debted to Albert T. Zetrouer in the Sum of Seventy Five
dollars which Said Sum of money is Covenanted to
be paid by our Certain promissory note bearing even
date herewith one for the Sum of Seventy Five dollars
bearing interest from date at the rate of Two per Cent
per month and due and payable on the first day
of November AD 1882. And whereas we are desirous
of fully and better Securing the payment of such note
and the Sum of money mentioned therein. Therefore
Know All Men By These Presents That
Fannie R. Johnston and James F.P. Johnston her
husband for and in Consideration of the premises
and of the Sum of One dollar to us in hand paid have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said
Albert T. Zetrouer and to his heirs and assigns all
the following described piece parcel or tract of land
to wit: The East half of the South West Quarter
of the South East Quarter of Section Twenty Four
(24) Township (Ten) (10) Range Twenty (20) South and East
and Containing Twenty acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have
and to hold the Same unto the said Albert T.
Zetrouer in fee Simple absolute forever
Provided Nevertheless and these presents are upon
this express Condition that if the said Fannie R. John-
ston and James F.P. Johnston her husband their
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to
be paid the Sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said note together with the interest to accrue
thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then this
obligation shall become null and void else to
remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby
further agreed and Stipulated that the said Fannie
R. Johnston and James F.P. Johnston her husband
will pay all expenses costs and attorneys fees which
the said Albert T. Zetrouer may be put to in en-
forcing the Collection of the aforesaid Sum of
money covenanted to be paid by said note by Fore-
closure or otherwise
In Witness Whereof we have hereunto Set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 26th day of June AD

For value received I hereby acknowledge full and complete satisfaction
and payment of the within mortgage
