notes together with the interest to accrue thereon according to
the legal tenor thereof then this obligation shall become
null and void, else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the
said Jennie E. Pelton and Charles B. Pelton will pay
all expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said James
K. Shaw may be put to in enforcing the Collection of
the aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted to be paid by
said notes by foreclosure or otherwise.
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals this 1st day of April AD 1882.

Alachua County } This indenture made and entered
into on this the 19th day of June AD 1882 witnesseth
that J.P. Faircloth in Consideration of the Sum of
Seventy Five dollars already advanced by and now
due to the firm of Turner & Butler of Levyville Levy
County Florida by me the said J.P. Faircloth by
my note the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for the further Consideration of one dollar in
hand paid by these presents doth grant Bargain
Sell and Convey unto the firm of Turner & Butler and
to their heirs and assigns all the right title interest
and claim of mine the said J.P. Faircloth my
heirs executors and administrators of in and to all
the Crops of whatsoever species kind or descrip-
tion now growing or which may hereafter at any
time in the future be planted grown or gathered
