for me or by me or for my benefit on or off of
any and all lands in Alachua County Florida until
the debt hereby Secured with interest is fully paid
also the folowing described property to wit One
Sorrel mare named fanny Six years Old and
this instrument is to have the full force favor and
effect of A Mortgage and a Lien under provis-
sion of Chapter 1739 Laws of Florida entitled an
act to enable indegent persons to obtain Credit
and Secure the lender to have and to hold All
and Singular crops and personal property above bar-
gained and sold to their heirs and assigns
forever provided nevertheless that if the said
J.P. Faircloth shall well and truly pay or Cause
to be paid into the said Turner & Butler the
full amounts of the advances heretofore made and
hereafter to Be made with their Charges for Commissions
and interest on the Same then this obligation to be
void else to remain in full force and virtue
and it is hereby further agreed that all amounts
heretofore or hereafter advanced are due and
payable upon delivery of goods therefor and Shall
bear interest accordingly and that this instrument
may be enforced at any time at the office of the
said Turner & Butler and is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the Said J.P.
Faircloth will pay therefor all reasonable at-
torneys fees and Charges. In witness whereof I have
