This Indenture made the Third day of July AD
1882 between Thomas B. Smith unmarried of Waldo
of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the
first part and Florida Savings Bank and Real
Estate Exchange a Corporation doing business in
Jacksonville of the County of Duval State of Florida
of the Second part, Witnesseth, That the said party
of the first part for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Five dollars to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged by these presents does grant
bargain Sell Convey and Confirm to the said party
of the Second part and to its Successors and assigns
forever all the following piece parcel or tract of
land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida and described as
follows viz: Lot (1) one in Block (10) Ten in the
Town of Waldo Said Lot is (35) Thirty Five feet
