wide and (75) Seventy five feet Long
Together with all and singular the tenements heridi-
taments an appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the
above granted premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part its successors
and assigns forever And the said party of the
first part for himself and his heirs executors and
administrators does covenant with the said party of
the second part its successors executors administrators
and assigns that he is lawfully seized of the said
premises in fee Simple and have good right to Sell
and Convey the same to the said party of the second
part; that the said premises are free and discharged
from all taxes tax titles or certificates Judgements
Mechanics Liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever; and that they will and their heirs
shall warrant and defend the Same to the said
party of the Second part its successors and
assigns forever against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons.
Provided Always, And these presents are upon
this express Condition that if the said party of the
first part his heirs executors or administrators Shall
pay to the said party of the Second part its Successors
executors administrators or assigns a certain promissory
note of which the following is a true copy.

   One year after date we promise to pay to Fla S.B.
& Rl Est Ex on order Five hundred no/100 Dollars
with interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum
from date until paid, Value received. Interest payable
Semiannually Principal to become due upon failure to
pay interest as aforesaid

And until payment of said note Shall pay
all taxes and assessments levied or assessed on
the Said premises or upon this Mortgage and the
money Secured hereby and shall keep the buildings
which are now or may hereafter be created thereon
insured against all risks by fire in a Sum not less
than Five hundred dollars in a good and respon-
sible insurance Company for the benefit of the said
party of the second part and shall not Commit
or suffer any Strip or waste of Said premises and shall
pay all the moneys Secured by this Mortgage at the
time and in the manner herein Specified;
