Together with all and singular the tenements heridi-
taments an appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the
above granted premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part its successors
and assigns forever And the said party of the
first part for himself and his heirs executors and
administrators does covenant with the said party of
the second part its successors executors administrators
and assigns that he is lawfully seized of the said
premises in fee Simple and have good right to Sell
and Convey the same to the said party of the second
part; that the said premises are free and discharged
from all taxes tax titles or certificates Judgements
Mechanics Liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever; and that they will and their heirs
shall warrant and defend the Same to the said
party of the Second part its successors and
assigns forever against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons.
Provided Always, And these presents are upon
this express Condition that if the said party of the
first part his heirs executors or administrators Shall
pay to the said party of the Second part its Successors
executors administrators or assigns a certain promissory
note of which the following is a true copy.

with interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum
