 Ola D. Matheson To Walter G. Robinson

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas we Ola D. Matheson
and Wm C. Matheson of the aforesaid State and
County ate justly indebted to Walter G. Robinson of
the same State and County in the Sum of Two hun-
dred & fifty ($25000)dollars which Said Sum of 
money is covenanted to be paid by our Certain prom-
issory note bearing even date herewith for the Sum
of Two hundred & fifty ($25000}dollars payable
Six months after date. And whereas we are desirous
of fully and better Securing the payment of said
note and the Sum of Money mentioned therein.
Therefore know all men by these presents That we
Ola D. Matheson and Wm C. Matheson for and
in Consideration of the premises and of the Sum
of One dollar to me in hand paid have granted
bargained and Sold and do by these presents
grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said Walter
G. Robinson his heirs and assigns all the fol-
lowing described piece parcel or tract of land
lying and being Situate in the Town of Gainesville 
in the State and County aforesaid and particularly
designated and described on the Maps of the
Original Survey of said Town as the North
half of Lot Number Two (2) in Block Three (3) Range
Seven (7) the Same being One hundred (100) feet North
and South by One hundred and Twenty (120) feet
East and West. Together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging. To have and to hold the Same
unto the said Walter G. Robinson in fee Simple
absolute forever. Provided however and these presents
are upon this express consideration that if the said
Ola D. Matheson and Wm C. Matheson their heirs
or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be
paid the Sum of Money covenanted to be paid
by said note according to the legal tenor thereof
then this obligation shall become null and void

I hereby acknowledge Satisfaction of the same and authorize its cancellation
