else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is here-
by further agreed and Stipulated that the said Ola
D. Matheson and Wm C. Matheson will pay all expenses
Costs and attorneys fees which the said Walter G.
Robinson may be put to in enforcing the Collection of
the aforesaid Sum of Money covenanted to be paid by
said note by foreclosure or otherwise.

in the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly ques-
tioned and examined by me Separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did Sign the said Conveyance for the pur-
pose of Mortgaging her separate estate in and to the
land in said Conveyance described and that said
Mortgage was made by her voluntarily and without
any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband
