State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into by and between F.W. Fontain and B.W. Fontain
her husband of the aforesaid County and State parties
of the first part and H.F. Dutton J.G. Nichols, H.G.
Robinson and W.G. Robinson partners doing business
in Gainesville Alachua County Florida under the firm
name of H.F. Dutton & Co parties of the second part,
Witnesseth:- That the said parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten dollars to
them in hand paid by the parties of the Second
part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
as well as for the better Securing the payment of a
certain promissory note herein after set forth and
described have granted bargained sold and Conveyed
and do by these presents grant bargain sell Convey
and Confirm unto the said parties of the second
part and to their heirs and assigns all that Lot
tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County in
the State of Florida and known and distinguish-
ed in the plan of said Town of Gainesville as the
South half of Block Four (4) Range Six (6) Con-
taining one half acre (1/2) more or less = Together with
all and singular the rights tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and hold the above des-
cribed property unto them the said parties of the
Second part and to their heirs executors administra-
tors and assigns forever in fee simple absolute=
And the said parties of the first part do hereby
Covenant to and with the said parties of the second
part that the said property is free from all and
every incumbrance whatsoever and that they the
parties of the first part have good right to Sell
and Convey the Same = Provided nevertheless and
these presents are upon this Condition that whereas
the parties of the first part have this day made ex-
ecuted and delivered to the parties of the Second
part their Certain promissory note of even date
herewith for the Sum of One thousand dollars
payable Two (2) years after date to the order of H.F.
Dutton & Co with interest at the rate of Ten (10) per
Cent per annum payable Semiannually in advance
Now therefore if the said parties of the first part Shall
well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the parties

For value received we hereby acknowledge full and Complete satisfaction
discharge payment and Cancellation of this Mortgage this the 8th day of November
